Copy of completed S-130 must be either sent to the dsimswcfa@yahoo.com prior to the class or brought to the class to show the instructor prior to class beginning. Please have your students bring the following to the class:  lunch\, gloves\, hardhat\, eye protection\, hearing protection\, long sleeve shirt\, long pants\, boots or hiking type boots\, water.  Show up at 8:00 am at 1515 West 1st Avenue\, Spokane Fire Station No. 4 and we will go out to the field from here.
