Engine Boss – You will need to submit the following documents:
1. Photo ID
2. IS-100b
3. IS-700a
4. S-130/S-190, L-180
5. S-131
6. S-133 – (Not required after 2/17, Included in S-131)
If you are advancing a previously inspected employee the first 6 items would have already been submitted.
7. S-290
8. S-230
9. ISC-200 – After 10/2012
10. ENGB Taskbook (Front Cover, Certification Page, Evaluation Pages and shift tickets to correspond with the taskbook.
11. Fire Experience:
One fire shown with a shift ticket as a FFT1 before the initiation date of the ENGB taskbook and after the Final date of the FFT1 taskbook.
Minimum of 3 fires and 15 shifts as documented with shift tickets or performance evaluations for the employee with their name clearly marked on the document that occurred during the taskbook initiation date and final date.
12. Current year R130 and WCFT Test
(If certificates of training are from the WCFA and in the database no copy will be necessary)
