Annual Fireline Safety Refresher. DIRECTIONS FROM SPOKANE: Take Interstate 90 west from Spokane. From the freeway take exit 270 (Four Lakes/Cheney). Stay on this road into Cheney, approximately 6 miles. The library is on the right side of the road, in the large brick building, just beyond Napa Auto Parts.
